Assessment of the interaction between psychosocial working conditions and personal employees characteristics with organizational and individual culture of safety in road transport enterprises.

As part of the project:
- A hypothetical model of the project was developed;
- Studies were carried out among 604 workers in road transport, including 542 passenger transport representatives (PT) and 62 representatives of the freight transport (FT);
- Assessment of attendance results and analysis of relation between selected controlled variables in studies, separately in groups PT and FT, was carried out;
- Concerning a group of professional drivers, "Psychosocial working conditions" questionnaire standards were updated;
- Dependence between psychosocial working conditions, culture of safety and employees personality characteristics was rated.
