Resolution No 203/2015, adopted by the Council of Ministers on 26 October 2015, provides a legal basis for establishing Phase IV of the National Programme for the Improvement of Safety and Working Conditions, which will be implemented between 2017 and 2019. Its implementation is supervised by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, and is coordinated by the Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute.
