The scope and development of application of information techniques used in teaching and training health and safety, as well as, ergonomics.

As a part of the task, education materials "The science of work, safety, hygiene and ergonomics" were made available on the Institute`s server for universities in the form of a static website with a strictly defined structure, intended for viewing on-line using a standard web browser. Materials were updated and adapted to the environmental requirements. What is more, they were given a table of contents and a navigation system which took into account the current structure of the substance. At http: //kier.ciop.pl website didactic materials of the module online course in the field of safety and protection of human in the work environment were available. Annually content-related materials were updated and on their basis the content of the internet training on the efficient use of the STER system (version 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5) - supporting management of occupational health and safety in enterprises. Work of educational server was administered , supporting learning through distance education by installing and configuring system upgrades.
