Kierownik projektu: Małgorzata Pęciłło-Pacek Ph.D.
Streszczenie projektu:
On the basis of research literature a simplified influence model of various factors on sickness absenteeism and research questionnaires were developed. Questionnaire survey was conducted in 11 companies, including 250 production workers and 100 office workers, as well as statistical analysis, by which it was found that there is a significant statistical dependence between sickness absenteeism and:
- Number of threats of physical work environment among production workers (positive correlation);
- An increased mental stress among production workers (positive correlation);
- Satisfaction among production workers (negative correlation);
- Presence of sick workers at work (positive correlation);
- Possibility of infection with an infectious disease from colleagues, who came to work in spite of illness (positive correlation);
- Noticeable number of complaints in connection with work (positive correlation).
A logistic regression model was also developed concerning production workers.
