Development of scientific and technical system of information in the field of work safety and ergonomics (ALEPH-CIOP-PIB).

Streszczenie projektu:
As part of the work operation of computerized ALEPH-CIOP-PIB database was completed and improved. The database contained descriptions of documents in the field of work safety and ergonomics. To the database more than 3.000 new records were introduced, in more than 3100 of them descriptions were verified and amended, about 2300 copies of new publications were decoded and over 4000 codes were given to handouts previously entered into the database. A new version of Aleph500-20.01 was installed and a new server was purchased and data conversion conducted. At the same time Library`s website was systematically expanded, improved and updated. Three consecutive numbers of "Bibliographic Thematic Notebooks" (No. 5,6,7) were prepared. They were published in a printed form and are also available on Library`s website. For data security, formation of cyclic database backup
Oracle was continued, as well as, backup of all Aleph system configuration files.
