Streszczenie projektu:
During the task implementation developed methodological basis for driver behavior modification program - selected tool and developed materials for its implementation and evaluation of effectiveness.
Driver behavior modification program contains 4 basic steps :
- Conducting group selection based on the accident experiences and adaptation difficulties symptoms with the assessment and comparison of temperamental drivers specificity and the assessment of risks;
- Assessment of aggressive and pro-social attitudes on the road in the implementation of the accident lever indicator;
- The process of modifying behavior of selected drivers
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of the program - re-evaluation of aggressive and pro-social attitudes on the road;
- Level of accidents and physical and mental well-being of drivers;
-According to the assumptions conducted qualification tests and implemented in State Enterprises a program of behavior modification;
After the implementation of the program analyzed the results and evaluation of behavior modification program effectiveness and prepared a guide on determinants of a culture safeness in a road transport.
